01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 123jli ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available at 123jli.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated under the 123jli brand.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on 123jli, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on 123jli, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific policy document.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 123jli, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing 123jli from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise barred from gambling by any regulatory authority.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when using your 123jli account.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 123jli or any of its affiliated entities.

03 Account Registration

Registration on 123jli is free of charge. To open an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 123jli at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different contact details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 123jli employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension. 123jli will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and platform compliance requirements, 123jli conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)
• A selfie with your ID, as may be requested by our compliance team

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 123jli reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 123jli account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.

All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activities. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 123jli support immediately. 123jli will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

123jli accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. 123jli does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made through GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 123jli balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one banking day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to fund your account and has been verified in your name through the KYC process. 123jli does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review by our finance team. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Currency

All balances, transactions, and winnings on 123jli are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No multi-currency accounts are offered. Players depositing via international payment networks (Visa/Mastercard) should be aware that currency conversion charges may be applied by their card issuer.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

123jli offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of each offer, and those terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms and begin from the date and time the bonus is credited to your account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

123jli strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to generate bonus funds, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, and any other conduct designed to take unfair advantage of our promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 123jli reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals derived from those bonuses, and close the offending account.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 123jli, including JILI slot titles, live dealer games, sports betting markets, sabong, and bingo, are operated in accordance with their respective game rules. Individual game rules are accessible within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

Slot games on 123jli use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by JILI Games and other licensed game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are set by the game provider and are disclosed where available. 123jli does not alter RTP settings beyond those established by the game provider.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on our game servers, the server record shall be deemed definitive. If you believe a technical error has affected the outcome of a game, you must notify 123jli support within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 123jli. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or assisting any person under 21 in registering or accessing the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with any game, service, or feature on the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary player use.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any game software, platform code, or RNG system.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through your 123jli account.
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or network systems in any way.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using your 123jli account for any commercial purpose, including operating a third-party betting service, reselling credits, or facilitating gambling by others.
• Charging back or disputing any valid deposit transaction made to your account.

09 Responsible Gaming

123jli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. We take our obligations in this area seriously and expect all players to engage with these tools honestly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your account within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your net gaming activity during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from 123jli for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and marketing communications will cease.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without triggering a full self-exclusion.

Responsible gaming limits that are reduced take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During this processing period, you are advised to refrain from further gaming activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 123jli platform, including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual elements, is the property of 123jli or its respective licensors (including JILI Games and other game providers) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 123jli.

Any unauthorised use of 123jli's intellectual property may result in account termination, civil action, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities. The 123jli name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Platform and may not be used without written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123jli, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided thereon.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 123jli is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, errors, delays, or failures in the Platform arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, power outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from game malfunctions or technical errors, beyond the obligation to return voided stakes as described in Section 7.
• Any decisions you make based on information found on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional descriptions.
• Any tax liability arising from your winnings in your applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

123jli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• You do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of our services or to other players.

Upon account termination for cause, 123jli may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a breach attributable to you, balances associated with fraudulent activity or policy violations may be forfeited. Where 123jli terminates an account without cause, any verified and legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 123jli support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any available balance at the time of voluntary closure will be disbursed to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

13 Amendments to Terms

123jli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under these Terms — we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification displayed at login.

Minor amendments, including corrections, clarifications, or changes required by applicable law or regulation, may take effect immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of 123jli after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 123jli, you are encouraged to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of both parties through direct communication with our support staff.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification to 123jli support, both parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The venue for any formal dispute resolution shall be the appropriate courts or arbitral bodies located in the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts or bodies.
